Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust are seeking someone to join their successful ICT Department as a ICT Business Manager to help support and manage the running of the ICT department. Working with the management team to make sure the department continues to improve and develop their services to the Trust. The post holder will be responsible for working with the Head of ICT department in relation to matter such as Budgets, policies, Contracts, new business, internal processes. This role will involve working from include both working from home and in the office. There may be a requirement to travel down to our offices in the South West on occasions. This role would require any applicant to hold a full Driving license and access to a vehicle., Overview of the Post

  • The role of the ICT Business Manager will be to support the Head of IT in all aspects of managing the administration of the ICT department, including Finance, Policies, Processes, Contracts
  • Responsible for maintaining policies relating to ICT
  • Responsible for supporting the negotiation of contracts
  • Will ensure that the ICT department Revenue and capital programs are on track and within budget
  • Expected to produce and amend policies, procedures and standard documentation in relation to the ICT department and systems
  • Responsible for managing the financial and contract side of the Trusts Telephone contract
  • Work with the Head of ICT to plan and develop future ICT strategies
  • Assist with the co-ordination of department updates and other communications
