ICT Service Delivery Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic officer to join our busy ICT support team to support councillors, council staff and schools across Ceredigion and Powys. Previous experience of ICT support and a good understanding of networks and IT systems would be desired however full training and support will be provided. The successful applicant must be polite, approachable with good logical and creative skills to support and develop processes. The ability to communicate effectively through the medium of Welsh and English is essential. Due to the requirements of the role the successful candidate must have a level of Welsh fluency on appointment.
