Full Job Description

We have an opportunity for an ICT Support Assistant to join our busy ICT Department. You will report into the ICT Manager and be responsible for contributing to the efficient and effective delivery of day-to-day Help Desk services that are clear, accountable and responsive to customer needs. Understanding how the organisation's ICT systems support business processes; supporting changes and improvements in ICT systems and the business.
Main duties include:-
+ Monitor and resolve ICT support calls raised in the call logging system and directly by phone to the helpdesk
+ Operate and develop Trident's help desk service and provision of first line support, assisting with procurement and stock control
+ Establish excellent working relationships with all the organisation's customers (internal and external)
+ Ensure effective liaison with ICT Manager on all associated tasks and processes as required
+ Assist with hardware and software problem solving, and liaising with suppliers as necessary
+ Support of business activities and operations including flexible working (i.e. start and finishing times) and out of hours cover

About You
+ ICT skills essential to 1st / 2nd line to include Helpdesk, PC builds, Mobile devices builds, general troubleshooting, network skills, LAN/WAN technologies, TCP/IP, Network monitoring, VoIP, network printing, software installation, Microsoft Applications Exchange, SharePoint, CRM, MS Office) Windows 7, 10, EDM, Admin Tools and SQL admin
+ Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective liaison with internal and external clients
+ Relevant business qualification with proven demonstrable business process experience
+ Support, administration and management of software applications
+ Full clean driving licence
