  • You will have experience of working within an IT service desk or ticketing solution (Connectwise/Manage Engine etc.) to provide
  • support and advice to staff experiencing IT issues.
  • You will have at least A level or equivalent qualification in Maths, IT, or similar area (or can demonstrate ability to this
  • level).
  • You will have willingness to develop existing skills and continue personal development.
  • You will have two or more years' experience delivering ICT support.
  • You will have the ability to demonstrate a professional, confident, and positive ''can do'' attitude at all times.

What you'll be doing You will be delivering a first-class IT service desk function to approximately 700 users at range of different sites and schools. You will provide proactive customer focused hardware/software and telecoms support, troubleshooting and triaging all types of IT issues. You will also be working on your own initiative when required as well as with a team to provide remote and on-site support.

  • An annual salary of £27,711 (NJC point 12).
  • A permanent, full-time contract for 35 hours a week
  • 25 days holiday (pro rata), and 30 (pro rata) once you've been here five years.
