ICT Technician

Hanley and Upton Educational Trust (HUET) is looking to recruit a full time all year-round ICT Technician to assist with the maintenance of the HUET ICT Network and equipment. The role will support the IT Systems Manager in delivering technical support to all users in the four schools, and assist in both maintenance of existing equipment and installation of new hardware and software across the network. The role will also involve supporting and providing the application and development of IT technology within an educational environment.

The successful candidate will have a qualification or experience relevant to the role, experience in a customer service role, have strong technical skills including Microsoft products and experience of computer networks installation and maintenance.

Salary Scale 4 - Scale 5 Dependent on Experience (DOE), £25,584 - £30,060 per annum. 37 hours per week, 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday-Thursday, 8.00am - 3.30pm Friday (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break).,
