Full Job Description
We are looking for a IDT Service Desk Assistant to provide customer focused reliable, flexible operational first point of contact IDT support to all Telford & Wrekin staff, Schools and Councillors. Enabling Service Areas, Schools and Councillors to operate more effectively and efficiently.
