IDVA - Intervention Specialist

Neway are seeking an IDVA - Intervention Specialist to join our client based at Redbridge Council.

This role is starting asap, working in an ongoing contract, 36 hours a week.

Role Purpose
The London Borough of Redbridge Reach Out service provides a proactive, high-quality response to individuals and families impacted by domestic abuse.

Survivor-led
You will carry out initial screening, complete safety planning, and provide ongoing emotional and practical support to victims/ survivors. Victims/survivors views and needs are the focus of the service, ensuring that their safety, wellbeing, and freedom sits at the core of all work that we do.
