Full Job Description

Sodexo have an excellent new opportunity for an experience IFM Account manager to join our established team at the central London office of one of our financial services clients.

As the Account Manager you will draw on your senior leadership in facilities management to both own and further develop the existing FM contract.

Working closely with the client and the wider Sodexo team you will oversee the implementation of business strategy in line with current and emerging client needs.

Through a combination of leadership and innovation you will ensure the focus on continuous improvement of people, systems, processes for both the wider benefit of the Sodexo team and the client.

To be considered for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:

  • HNC/BIFM qualification or solid senior management experience

  • Proven experience in managing P&L accounts

  • Proven operational knowledge, skills and experience in managing multi site/multi operations

  • Management of large and diverse teams

  • Manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities.

  • Ability to interpret and utilise complex and varied financial and commercial information.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and employees

  • Achieve set standards and operate to performance criteria for example health and safety, hygiene

  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment

  • NEBOSH or IOSH managing safely qualifications

  • CIEH Level 3 qualification

  • SIA Non Front Line License holder
