Full Job Description
- Oversee the successful delivery of all IFM launches by managing the six-stage process and integrated delivery model from Initiate to Close.
- Collaborate with Regional Facility Managers to ensure high standards and expectations are met for all local team launches.
- Provide leadership and tools for launch teams to identify and manage risks, communicate issues, and maintain project health status and action plans.
- Continuously improve Master Launch Plans, working with the Business Intelligence team to develop and automate new tools for plan adherence.
- Educate Facilities Managers, Regional Facilities Managers, and other stakeholders on the use and mandatory completion of Master Launch Plans.
- Lead audits on launch plan implementation, spending time with launch teams to ensure progress and successful outcomes.
Degree-level qualification or strong evidence of capability in a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar or FM Operational role, including corporate office fit-outs. - Comfortable operating at both tactical and operational levels, and capable of managing multiple roles such as program manager, CRE ambassador, educator, analyst, and solutions architect.
- Bias for action within a rigid governance structure, with the ability to deliver solutions, provide leadership and communication, and dive into details when needed.
- Passionate about project delivery with in-depth knowledge of Project Management and financial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal skills to gain trust and cooperation from key stakeholders and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in multiple locations, with a willingness to travel internationally, and to operate confidently within a fast-paced, complex environment.
