If so, Hywel Dda UHB and HEIW are excited to offer a groundbreaking new 12-month post designed for ambitious GPs like you., We're seeking a passionate and forward-thinking GP to join our innovative iGP scheme. By working in this integrated role, you'll be part of a collaborative environment that benefits both professionals and patients alike. This is a unique chance for qualified GPs to gain valuable leadership experience with guidance from senior clinicians and the primary care academy team, while enjoying the flexibility to develop your skills in a protected, supported way.
Your week will include four clinical sessions, two focused on leadership development, and two non-clinical sessions dedicated to study leave, mentoring, and educational sessions. See job description for further details. As a substantive post, you'll also be eligible for the second half of the targeted incentive scheme payment if you are already involved with this.
