To deliver this effectively and efficiently, it is essential that all staff working for the Digital team are fully committed to working to the highest standards of competency and reliability., You will be working for the Digital Services Head of Commercial, to prepare internal documentation for submission to the procurement team to buy new products and services and annual renewals. You will have a track record of dealing methodically with tasks and be disciplined and organised.

We need staff with a Can Do attitude, who are enthusiastic about keeping their technical knowledge and skills up to date with developments in modern technology. We need staff who are fully committed to delivering excellence and to improving service delivery to our customers.
We need staff who share the Trust values of Honesty, Respect, Teamwork, Quality and Care and display the highest standards of personal behaviour., You will be someone who shows meticulous attention to detail and is committed to seeing tasks through to completion, keeping track of their progress along the way. You will be quick to learn, not afraid to ask questions to check your understanding, and be friendly, approachable and confident in dealing with staff, mainly from the Digital team, procurement and finance., At present, there is a degree of home-working, candidates should confirm their ability to work from home in a suitable, quiet and confidential space, with an appropriate level of effective broadband capacity to connect and join Teams calls, throughout the day.
You will not be working in isolation, you will be an effective team player, good communication and teamworking skills are essential to the success of the team., You will be experienced, confident and competent using Office 365, particularly Excel and Word, as the work involves using these efficiently as an essential part of the role.
If you have a finance admin or bookkeeping background this would be beneficial but not essential to your understanding , the right attitude and work ethic are essential to the team and the role.
