Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Imaging Clerical Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and attending to patients at the department reception desk, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment. This role requires excellent customer care skills and the ability to manage various other administrative tasks efficiently., To work flexibly within the Patient Access Service, e.g. Appointments Centre, Outpatient Reception, Imaging Department, ADCU and Health Records Library providing administrative support to patients, clinicians and other Trust Staff.

To ensure patients health records are maintained to the highest standard, appointments and supporting correspondence sent to patients in a timely way and patients are dealt with effectively and efficiently when attending the Trust.
