Full Job Description

+ The post holder will collaborate and support the team in the delivery of high standard and quality care, will be responsible for the assessment, planning and provision of specialist nursing services, and carry out specialist nursing procedures for a continuous efficient and effective service.
+ The post holder will provide clinical supervision to other staff and students, facilitating their training and development, as well as undertaking research, quality improvement projects, lead clinical audits within their own specialist area. Ensuring safety and well-being of service users, and promote dignity and equality adopting patient centred approach in line with NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
