Iron Mountain is looking for team leaders in the Digital Solutions department. The DS Team Leader is responsible for the overall interests of the Scanning Centre and assists the DS Supervisor in the planning, administration, monitoring and optimizing the operational performance of the Scanning Centre and operational personnel. The DS Team Leader performs a number of duties aimed at ensuring that the operations of a Scanning Centre are run smoothly on a daily basis particularly in Scanning and Indexing, Records Management and Storage. Implement the Iron Mountain Standard Operating Procedures so processes are followed consistently and embedded. Managing and tailoring, when necessary, global processes which will drive organisational performance.,
- Strategically manage the Scanning Centre in compliance with the company's policies and vision.
- Oversee digitisation, receiving, warehousing, distribution and operations.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all digitisation, warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers.
- Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
- Train, coach and motivate the DS team.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly.
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
- Add value to IM Customers with Continuous Improvement
- Responsible for understanding and implementing the company safety and security policies, processes and procedures. This includes conducting health and safety risk assessments within your department and ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe. Comply with the required statutory reporting for occupational health and safety.
