We are looking for an Immigration Advisor to provide tailor-made advice to individual clients and to engage them in the process of making informed choices about their future direction. This is an exciting role in our Immigration Team that will work closely with the team to ensure that the centre is able to provide confidential advice and representation, whilst providing support and training to colleagues. We are delighted you are interested in joining our immigration team. We are passionate about defending the rights of our clients and you will be joining a team that achieve great results.

The role is pivotal in providing highly skilled legal advice and representation to vulnerable clients across London at no cost to the individual. This is particularly important at a time where free or low-cost advice is becoming harder to find.

If you have the IAAS senior caseworker accreditation, you will be a key advisor with regards to Legal Aid work, including prioritising Legal Aid cases and ensuring that Legal Aid is used whenever appropriate throughout the team., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. £36,352 (OISC L2), £38,750 (OISC L3) or £42,192 (with IAAS Supervising Senior Caseworker accreditation)
Full-time or part-time (35 hours (full time) or contact us for part-time options)
Contract (12 months with possibility to extend), · 26 days' leave rising to 28 days' leave after two years' service (pro rata for part time staff)
