Immigration Consultant

We are seeking an Immigration Consultant to join our team in providing expert advice and support to clients navigating the immigration process. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with their immigration needs., Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration requirements and provide tailored advice
- Manage and maintain accurate client records using PeopleSoft and Salesforce
- Assist with data entry tasks to ensure all information is up-to-date and precise
- Communicate effectively with clients, legal professionals, and government agencies on behalf of clients
- Utilise Taleo, Workday, and other relevant systems for administrative tasks
- Handle applicant tracking system (ATS) and human resources information system (HRIS) functions efficiently

Proficient in social media management for outreach and engagement purposes
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Taleo, Workday, and other relevant software systems
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
