Full Job Description

Business Partner: Effectively partner with various line of business and People teams to advise on immigration options and risk analysis, taking country nuances and long-term impact into consideration. You are able to collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams to develop best-practice and build compliant processes. Vendor Management: Manage the day to day vendor relationships and interactions, while holding vendor partners accountable to Apple's service expectations and employee experience standards. Communication: Ability to make complex matters clear by presenting ideas, facts and complete impact analysis in a concise manner. You have the ability to adapt communication style to the relevant audience and partners to inform strategic decision making. Project Management: Scope, develop and lead as immigration subject matter expert on a large range of diverse projects, including new country expansions, M&A, location strategy moves and immigration policy/government changes. Crisis Management: Able to put subject matter expertise into practice for large-scale and immediate situation planning. Apply solutions-driven advice to complex and uncertain immigration challenges.

We are seeking a dedicated, innovative and driven immigration professional with extensive experience managing large-scale immigration programs in EMEA. You will have a considerable track record of implementing immigration strategy to fulfil business needs and be a high-energy individual recognised for strong social communication and analytical skills. You will thrive in a dynamic, challenging environment and be someone who is looked at to bringing your subject matter expertise to the table.,

  • Experience managing EMEA immigration programs with a multi-national company
  • Excellent immigration subject matter expertise throughout the EMEA region with deep understanding of the immigration landscape and regional/country nuances
  • Strong track-record of successful vendor management, Successful track record partnering with internal and external partners (People Business Partners, Legal, Recruiting, Business leaders, Government Affairs, Talent Mobility, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use data and analytics to build insights for planning purposes, reporting on trends and key data to develop the program further, with appetite to implement technology solutions
  • Developed, designed and implemented new regional immigration policy frameworks that consider the varied landscape and country nuances across EMEA
  • Strong business presentation and communication skills
  • Track-record of leading Right-to-work programs and large-scale government audits
  • Experience with MacOS and Workday knowledge
