Imperial Suite Assistant (Waiter / Waitress)

An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter or Waitress to join the team in our Imperial Suite at Bettys Harrogate on a fixed term basis. Our Imperial Suite is where we serve our bookable Afternoon Tea. As an Imperial Suite Assistant, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to deliver a deliciously magical experience for every customer whilst working at pace. This role is fixed term until August 2025. This is a Part Time role working a minimum of 6 hours over 1 day at the weekend every week. We have a variety of shift patterns with start and finish times staggered throughout the day which is dependent on the opening hours of the branch. You will have a keen interest in customer service and the ability to work at pace. You will have good communication skills and be able to work well with others as we rely on our strong team ethic to deliver the highest levels of quality and customer service. You will be passionate about learning the dishes on our menu to share your knowledge with our customers. Previous experience working in a customer facing environment is a must, ideally within a hospitality business. Knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
