The Implementation Consultant is responsible for transitioning new clients from the Sales process through provisioning, design and implementation of their new platform, whilst reinforcing the Emarsys vision of data driven true 1 to 1 Personalisation that maximizes customer value that is simple to use. It is critical during this initial period that new customers are enabled and empowered to use the platform to its fullest potential the Implementation Consultant is the primary person responsible for ensuring platform adoption and client confidence on the application. Using a consultative approach with strong project management principles, the implementation consultant will be responsible for providing technical guidance and training to the client, support through setup as well as fully understanding their application environment and data in order to provide insightful and effective design recommendations for integration in a timely and impactful manner.,

  • Responsible for onboarding new clients through provisioning, design and implementation of their new platform.
  • Enable and empower the customer to use the platform.
  • Ensure platform adoption.
  • Responsible for quality of setup and ensuring best practice in order to reduce burden on the Support organisation post onboarding.
  • Act as field representatives for the Product team to present future enhancements to customers and feedback client requests.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers to ensure customer experience is of the highest quality.
  • Responsible for providing technical guidance and training to the client and supporting through setup.
  • Client advocate for product enhancement process.
  • Has to handle multi project workloads & clear demonstrable client communication planning.
  • Fully understanding for their application environment and data in order to provide insightful and effective design recommendations for integration in a timely and impactful manner is needed.

    University degree in computer sciences/engineering or similar (or equivalent certification).
  • 3 years minimum experience in a client facing role.
  • PM qualifications (Prince2, Agile, A/PMP) as an advantage.
  • Understanding of database design (relational and flat structures).
  • General familiarity of web concepts, including API's.
  • Profound knowledge of web technologies (HTML/JavaScript) - Saas technologies, distributed computing concepts.
  • Project Management experience required, within Marketing industry preferred.
  • Experience with other front end campaign management tools as an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English a must.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong internal and external relationship development skills.
  • Strong business requirements analysis skills.
