The Implementation Coordinator will assist the Customer Technology team in delivering projects and site mobilisations for Regional B&I, Stadia, Concessions, and Universities. You will oversee technology implementation, ensuring it meets client needs, aligns with the agreed scope, and is delivered on time, within budget, and transitioned to the IT Service Desk. Responsibilities include intelligence gathering to support reports, bids, and business cases. This role collaborates with Operations Mobilisation teams and the UK Technology team, including Delivery Managers, Business Partners, Service Delivery Manager, Infrastructure Support, and the Technology Leadership Team.,

  • Define project and mobilisation scope with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Create and track project plans, manage technology supplies, redeploy/decommission equipment, and coordinate data handovers.
  • Implement Customer Technology at sites, including training, execution plans, team engagement, and customer communications.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of technology solutions.
  • Address project risks, scope changes, and issues, providing updates to management.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships and ensure effective post-launch support through comprehensive documentation.
  • Provide on-site escalation support for high-profile clients and sites.
  • Recommend process improvements and gather intelligence to support reports, bids, and business cases.

    Experience in multi-site technology management and installations.
  • Project administration/support and stakeholder collaboration to deliver business-focused technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and produce reports/documents.
  • Knowledge of mobile apps, payment solutions, EPOS, and basic networking (WiFi, LAN, VPN preferred).
  • Experience managing third-party technology partners.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
