Full Job Description

  • Day to day management of the regional Implementations department
  • Take full ownership of all opportunities and projects the Implementations team is working on
  • Act as point of escalation for the team
  • Ensure that team's KPIs are met and work with the team on overcoming challenges to constantly hit and overachieve KPIs
  • Proactively and constantly identify areas of improvement and work with Head of Professional Services, Country Manager and functional heads to implement improvement plans
  • Manage the pipeline of Sales translations into revenues according to contractual billable timelines
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and Customer Success Director on aligning their teams to the same goals and work collaboratively on high value prospects and projects.
  • Provide final review and sign off of completed projects
  • Becomes the main advocate in the department to advocate best practice and adhering to processes
  • Responsibility for monitoring and reporting to Head of Professional Services regarding delivery of projects
  • Responsible for ensuring a seamless process flow between Implementations and other departments. Escalating issues in process that prevent best results to the Global team and providing improvement recommendations.
  • Monitoring the headcount vs productivity ratio and providing regular reports to Head of Professional Services

    At least 3 years' experience in managing full service, strategy or project management team - ideally with a SaaS Provider.
  • Knowledge of leadership and management principles as they relate to software or digital agency organizations
  • Knowledge of human resources management
  • Proven successful managerial track record is a must
  • Previous experience in a client facing role is a must
  • A keen understanding of data structures and workflow to aid clients in project scope and implementation requirements
  • Previous hands on experience in project managing technically oriented projects is a plus
  • Knowledge of the online marketing space is preferable
  • Knowledge and previous experience of project management tools a plus.
  • Experience speaking intelligently about, and working with, multiple industry verticals (retail, travel, entertainment, publishing, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities along with project management expertise
  • HTML, PHP, MYSQL is an added advantage
  • Excellent English is a prerequisite
