Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Improvement Team at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The team has an excellent reputation for supporting and helping to improve processes across the organisation. We are committed to using QI to deliver outstanding care by creating and fostering an improvement mindset throughout the Trust.
Key to the lead role will be developing trust wide programs that align with trust priorities. This may include flow, integrated care, digital and/or staff experience.
We are looking for an Improvement advisor with an interest in developing their range of continual improvement methodologies. This may include the IHI model for improvement, experience based co-design, lean, demand and capacity modelling, developing campaigns and developing a toolbox of skills and techniques for working on flow., We are looking for a highly motivated individual experienced in delivering programs of improvement using systematic QI approaches and tools. You will work in a small central team, dedicated to developing our organisation-wide culture of QI in line with our QI delivery system and the Trust vision and values.
Our Improvement advisor will promote and seek out opportunities to engage staff in QI activities through teaching and coaching ensuring that excellent projects are completed and learning from QI projects is shared, sustained and spread.
