As the Improvement Programme Manager, you will be responsible for all elements of the Care Experience Improvement programme management and line managing the team members. NO AGENCIES PLEASE, Responsible for all elements of the Care Experience Improvement programme management, the main duties will include the strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects to improve the Care Experience in line with the Trust's strategic priorities. This will involve effective communication, collaboration, and engagement with Multi-Disciplinary Teams, clinical boards, and senior leaders across the Trust whilst embodying a flexible and inclusive approach. The successful candidate will have experience of line management, interpreting and utilising complex data, report writing skills and be motivated to promote and facilitate improvement across Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals.Working for our organisation Our staff oversee over 6,500 patient contacts every day, delivering high standards of healthcare from the following sites:
