We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IMS (Integrated Management System) Support Officer to join our dynamic team at Sizewell C, one of the UK's most significant energy infrastructure projects. As an IMS Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Integrated Management System that ensures the project's compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements., IMS Documentation Management: Assist in the creation, revision, and distribution of IMS documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Compliance Monitoring: Support the monitoring and reporting of compliance with IMS policies and procedures across various departments.
- Training Support: Coordinate and assist in delivering training sessions related to the IMS, helping staff understand and adhere to the required processes.
- Audit Preparation: Help prepare for internal and external audits by ensuring documentation is in order and readily accessible.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and report on data related to IMS performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the IMS.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with IMS objectives.

Experience in the administration of processes / procedures in a management system.
- Experience in managing competing priorities and demands, dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment, with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible integrated approach with the ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills (flexible / organised / methodical).
- Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills notably with various levels of the organisation and externally.
- Ability to deal with difficult enquiries / solve unique problems.
- Use of Microsoft Outlook or similar diary / email application; Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Desirable:

- Experience in the administration of assurance (audit / inspection) activity.
- Experience using Microsoift Visio & Power BI.
- Previous experience of working on a large project organisation preferably within the Nuclear Industry.
- General team support experience knowledge producing professional work as well as ability to adapt to new and changing systems.
