Full Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an "In Custody Information, Advice, and Guidance Adviser" and make a significant impact by providing crucial careers information, advice, and guidance to prisoners in custody. Your role will involve inspiring and supporting prisoners to achieve positive learning and employment outcomes both during their time in custody and as they transition beyond the gates. This is an opportunity to empower individuals, contribute to their personal development, and play a key role in their successful reintegration into society.

+ Excellent knowledge of systems, software, technologies, communications, and suppliers to support business needs with an emphasis on Microsoft based products
+ Experience with Windows desktop OS and Office 365
+ Familiarity with a broad range of hardware including printers, tablets, mobiles, and laptops
+ Previous extensive experience in IT and/or Telecoms Service Desk experience
