Full Job Description

  • Receive and prioritise incoming project requests uploading them to the system.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Communicate with team members and designers.

  • Act as a point of contact between the Design Studio and other departments.

  • Provide regular updates to Brand Manager on project status and any issues.

  • Ensure that all design work is completed on time and meets the required standards before sending to Brand Manager for sign-off.

  • Coordinate the delivery and installation of design work in the venue or digitally as needed.

  • Ensure all project documentation is organised and accessible to relevant parties.

    Our Design Studio plays a pivotal role in bringing our visions to life, and we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team.


  • The Account Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth operation and coordination of all incoming projects within the Design Studio. This role will involve managing the end-to-end process of design projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, capable of working with team members and key stakeholders to keep everyone informed about project progress and deliverables.

  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination or account/brand management, preferably within a creative or design environment.

  • Enthusiastic and proactive, with excellent time management and organisational skills, adaptability to work to changing priorities.

  • Strong ability to work quickly whilst still ensuring accuracy and care still prevails and deadlines are met.

  • Highly self-motivated, as well as a team player and good communicator.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Strong proof-reading skills.

  • Excellent written English language.
