Set trolleys and trays according to orders and standards Make sure all linen, cutlery, glasses and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest Answering the telephone to take food & beverage orders, maximising revenue where possible and you will ensure the correct accompaniments are presented Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards Anticipate our guest's needs and provide exceptional service to enhance their stay Be responsible of Setting trolleys and trays according to orders and standards Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control Handle guest orders, inquiries, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy

The ability to multi-task and think on your feet Strong communication skills with both team members and guests Previous experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in a room service or F&B setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
