Full Job Description

Fulston Manor Academies Trust is looking to recruit Pastoral Assistants based at Fulston
Manor School.
The successful candidate will assist one of our Head of Sixth Form in providing welfare,
pastoral care and guidance to students. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with a
positive outlook and be committed to making a difference to the Young Citizens of the
school. You will do this by assisting in the provision of effective strategies to ensure that all
students are supported so that they can engage with learning, and achieve the high
standards of attendance, behaviour and achievement needed to create a positive leaving
environment.
