Inbound Sales Advisor

Take inbound calls from existing customers who need advice, want to upgrade, or are considering leaving.
Use your communication and persuasion skills to retain customers and promote additional products and services.
Be the friendly face (or voice!) of the business, building strong relationships with customers.
Make sure customers leave every conversation feeling supported and valued.

In this role, you don't need to have a background in sales. We're looking for individuals with the right attitude, who are great with people, persuasive, empathetic, and love talking. Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Ability to navigate multiple systems (we'll teach you the rest!).

Starting salary of £23,878 with an OTE of £716 per month (uncapped bonus - top earners are making thousands! ).
