- As a Learning Mentor in our Bridge and KS3 Alternative Provision, you will be working at our on-site alternative provision hubs, supporting and enabling students with behavioural needs to reach their full potential., Patcham High is vibrant, proud and successful. Salary Scale for this role: LGA Scale 5 Point 13 (£28,163-£30,060 FTE), Actual Salary £25,650 per annum.
