Inclusion Coach

Job purpose: To work with and deliver football and Multi Sports to Disability and Inclusion participants across Milton Keynes. Role Competencies: Planning Timescales:

• To work with the Inclusion Manger and Lead Coach to deliver Inclusion and pan disability football / Multisport including session planning methodology, reviews and reports where required.
• To assist the Inclusion Lead in Tournaments
Decision Making:
• Make decisions within the remit of the role within the Pan disability and Inclusion delivery.
• Perform other duties as required which are considered relevant to the post and to the objectives of the Milton Keynes Dons Sport and Education Trust.
Impact & Influence:
• Ensure governance within the MK Dons SET Delivery is adhered to.
• To ensure the safety of participants, volunteers and staff are a priority.
• To promote a positive image of Milton Keynes Dons Sport and Education.
• To positively promote the Trust's Equal Opportunities policy and core values in all aspects of the post's responsibilities and duties., Budget Management:
• Understand own accountability and how own actions effects the business.
Lead & Develop:
• Develop, implement and evaluate participants within the pan disability or inclusion delivery.
• Breaking down barriers to participation
Operating Parameters:
• Responsibility for monitoring and evaluating practice.
• To be responsible for reporting all safeguarding issues when notified via the correct mechanisms.
• The role will be based at one of our venues and may involve travel to away games.
• To perform other duties as required which are considered relevant to the post and to the objectives of the Milton Keynes Dons Sport and Education Trust.
  
  A recognized First Aid Qualification
• FA level 1 Qualification
• Understanding of Special educational needs and disabilities
• Children and vulnerable adults Safeguarding Certificate
Communication:
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to develop good working relationships with Staff and partners., A recognized First Aid Qualification (E)

• Understanding of various governing body football coaching plans and initiatives (E)

• Experience of working in a community, mainstream or alternative education setting.(D)
• FA level 2 or working towards (D)

• Commitment to attend CPD sessions held with in the MK Dons SET (D)
