Inclusion Manager

The Inclusion Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all students, particularly those with additional needs, are fully included in the educational life of the school reaching their potential academically and personally. You will lead the development and implementation of inclusive practices, supporting staff, and working closely with students, parents, and external agencies leading to a strong culture of attainment, progress, and behaviour for learning. This role is particularly exciting as you will be setting up a bespoke inclusion provision.

The school is located on two separate sites in Newport, the County town on the Isle of Wight, an 11-16 site and a separate post 16 site.

The role is based at the 11-16 site, which is set in beautiful and spacious grounds, providing a wealth of opportunities for our students.
