Full Job Description

The Rosewood School are seeking a compassionate,dedicated and personable Inclusion Manager to join our team at our Leybourne School. This pivotal role is key to supporting the social and emotional well-being of our students, ensuring they have a caring and secure environment to thrive in.
You will support in all aspects of the pastoral care of the students, upholding the schools core values, Confidence , Acceptance and Perseverance.
As Inclusion Manager you will will play a key role in establishing supportive relationships with students that help to encourage engagement and motivation during there time at The Rosewood School.
You will be a crucial point of contact between home and school ,maintaining high quality communication with the families of students you support .

The basis of this role is permanent, Term Time + 1 week inset, 37 hours per week with an actual salary of £25,387 (KR8), 29 says paid holiday,Wellbeing Accredited School ,onsite Parking.
