Join the dynamic team at South Bank Colleges as a Inclusion and Support Coordinator. In this role, you will have the chance to actively engage with all members of staff within the college, within all tiers of the structure, making a real impact on the staff and student experience.
You will play a crucial role in supporting South Bank Colleges to achieve organisational goals.
We are looking for a committed individual who has experience to coordinate and lead a team of high performing Learning Support Practitioners (LSP) and actively maintain key working relationships with managers and ensure the effective.
We offer the successful candidate a supportive environment where you will be stretched and challenged throughout your career at South Bank Colleges.
The role is fully on site, 5 days a week, and expectation to travel throughout the week to campuses where the College and Group operate.
Permanent - Full time - 36 hours per week - all year round
Please note: The successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Outline
Lead and develop a team of LSP professionally in terms of their support practice as well as learning visits, timetabling of support and coordination of support. Work with the Inclusion and Support Administrator to input timetables for support onto student management system e.g. Prosecution.
