Full Job Description

As the Inclusion and Support Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Inclusion and Support to enhance our SEND provision. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our students have the necessary support to access and succeed in their chosen fields of study. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our SEND services, preparing students for independence and enabling them to achieve their academic goals.

Inclusion and Support Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance SEND provision in line with best practices and the SEND Code of Practice.


  • Collaborate effectively with the Head of Department, managers, curriculum teams, and external stakeholders to achieve our educational objectives.


  • Provide targeted interventions to support students, ensuring they have equitable access to educational opportunities.


  • Foster a culture of growth and improvement, promoting inclusivity and student-centered support.

    We are looking for a motivated individual with a deep understanding of SEND provision and a commitment to student success. The ideal candidate will have:


  • Experience in managing SEND provision within an educational setting.


  • Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and government SEND initiatives.


  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


  • A degree or equivalent professional qualification in teaching/SEND, or substantial relevant experience.
