Full Job Description

Are you passionate about helping students with special educational needs (SEN) build their employability skills? Join us as an Inclusive Learning Employability Coach and play a vital role in supporting and supervising students on their journey toward workplace success.,

  • Act as the first point of contact for students with SEN, supporting their employability development.
  • Collaborate with course teams to provide placement-related support and participate in student inductions.
  • Facilitate vocational profiling, job matching, and build strong relationships with employers.
  • Provide learning support, develop individualised support plans, and lead small group sessions.
  • Ensure clear communication with course teams and maintain accurate support records.

    A proactive, compassionate individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.

    Ability to lead and motivate students while maintaining strong relationships with external partners.
