Full Job Description
- Develop and roll out DEI and wellness strategies, working closely with HR and other teams to create an inclusive environment.
- Deliver DEI training sessions and workshops, empowering teams at all levels to promote inclusivity.
- Create and manage wellness programs that support mental and physical well-being, from stress management to work-life balance initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across departments to ensure inclusivity and well-being are part of everything we do.
- Partner with external providers and attend industry events to stay ahead of best practices in DEI and well-being.
- Track and report on progress, offering insights to drive continuous improvement.
You're passionate about inclusivity and well-being, with experience developing DEI strategies and wellness programs. You've got strong communication skills and can engage people across all levels. You're data-savvy, organized, and ready to make a positive impact., At least 5 years of experience in DEI, employee well-being, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of DEI principles, well-being strategies, and relevant legislation.

- Team player who enjoys collaboration.
- Willingness to travel and a flexible approach to work (Full driving license required).
