Income Accountant

Reporting to the Head of Income, an exciting opportunity has arisen in the Finance Department based at the Basingstoke site for an Income Accountant.
This post will involve working closely with the Contracting and Business Intelligence teams in the reporting and monitoring of our monthly contract income against commissioning contracts., To ensure that information is correctly and accurately accounted and that appropriate reports are produced to fulfil the requirements of commissioner and Trust managers alike.
To support the Head of Income in undertaking a broad range of financial support to the Income team and the Divisions.
To understand NHS payment scheme and tariff guidance and apply accordingly.
To provide financial support to the commissioning process and contracts team.
Responsible for the day to day management of an Income assistant., Happy to Talk Flexible Working - all requests for flexible and part time working will be considered.
