Income Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual, to join our Customer Services Team.

We are looking for an individual who is well organised and be able to handle a varied workload, and on occasion handle both challenging and sensitive conversations with customers.

What will my working week look like?

Our operational hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. You'll be working 35 hours per week on a weekly shift rotation. You will be homebased, living within a 25-mile radius of Warrington and a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, to attend meetings and training courses.

Realistically you will be required to visit our Head Office approximately a few times month.

What will I be responsible for doing?

This role is in our Income Collection team - the team that ensures that rents and service charges are collected from our 29,000 customers. The income assistant role is a crucial role in the team, supporting the wider team with many of our administrative functions helping us ensure that our income service runs smoothly and meets customer needs.

• Experience of working in a demanding customer service environment


• The drive to provide the best possible service to our customers & getting it right first time


• Excellent administrative skills with experience in Microsoft Word/Excel

• Able to achieve targets and deadlines whilst working under daily pressure


This role is really suited to someone who can be flexible and already has strong administration, organisation, and planning skills with an ability to acquire knowledge and grasp new concepts quickly.
