Full Job Description
You'll be a part of a National Income focused team which will involve the collection of Former Tenant Arrears, arrears Case Management and administration tasks around Universal Credit along with other income collection tasks. It's also about working closely with National colleagues to make sure that we are accountable, commercial, caring and energised with everything we do.
- A "can do" positive attitude, you're proactive and well organised, able to work on your initiative.
- A real passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help your customers.
- Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business and external partners
- An understanding of housing management, income and universal credit would be ideal, but they're not deal breakers!
