Job Description: We are urgently seeking an experienced Indian Biryani & Kebab Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing authentic biryani (various regional styles) and a variety of kebabs. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking biryani and kebabs using traditional methods.
  • Ensuring consistent flavor, presentation, and quality.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

    Proven experience in Indian cuisine, specifically biryani and kebabs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
