Full Job Description

We are seeking a Indirect Procurement Lead to manage indirect purchasing activities in one Operating Center for the assigned category (IES). This role is responsible for overseeing the entire activity entrusted to them, such as a commodity family (IES), and includes managing buyers. Internally, the position engages with various departments including Project Management, Legal, Engineering, Communication, Human Resources, DET, Finance, Procurement, Global Business Support, Estimation, Cost Control, Marketing, and Compliance. Externally, it interacts with vendors and suppliers.,

  • Optimizing procurement policies, programs, and procedures in accordance with the guidelines set by the top Management and the objectives of each stakeholder.
  • Recommending necessary adjustments to Company policies and procedures.
  • Scheduling and distributing work among the various members of their group.
  • Making recommendations to stakeholders, presenting the most equitable compromise for the Company.
  • Carrying out complex, large, and strategic purchasing activities for the category (IES).
  • Establishing and maintaining satisfactory relationships with vendors, developing and consolidating the prestige and reputation of the Company.
  • Participating in defining indirect procurement strategies and activities to mitigate risk together with stakeholders.
  • Providing expertise in specific purchasing domains.
  • Managing a team of 5 to 10 people.

    Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Procurement Procedures.
  • Proven management role in previous assignments in Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, or ECP.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Negotiation skills.
