Amnesty International UK (AIUK) has a simple aim: an end to human rights abuses. Independent, international and influential, we campaign for justice, fairness, freedom and truth wherever they are denied. If you want to use your skills, knowledge, and experience to help fight for human rights, you could be our new Individual Giving Executive.

About the role

The Individual Giving Team help us achieve our goal of delivering human rights impact by raising funds from our supporters. The Individual Giving Executive, within the acquisition team, is responsible for delivering direct marketing campaigns to develop and engage new Amnesty International UK financial supporters, across a range of products including Lead Generation, and Payroll Giving.

You will be working across a range of channels including, but not limited to, telemarketing, email and digital. You will need to work with both external agencies and other departments within the organisation to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. We'll aim to resolve the reported issue and we'll use your feedback to improve the quality of our ads.

  • You have strong fundraising copywriting skills and digital marketing knowledge.

  • You're skilled at working with and managing fundraising agencies, including telemarketing agencies.

  • You have project management experience and can deliver multiple projects on time.

  • You communicate well with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You are numerate and able to interpret statistical information to monitor and forecast performance.

  • You collaborate and positively contribute to an inclusive culture.

  • You also have a good knowledge the Fundraising Regulator's Code of Practice
