Are you a passionate and motivated fundraiser looking to grow your skills and make a real difference in healthcare? Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity is seeking a dedicated Individual Giving Officer to help deliver impactful campaigns that support our vital work.

In this role, you'll support the delivery of our Individual Giving programme, which inspires individuals to support the charity. You'll focus on activities such as donor acquisition, retention, and income growth. This includes working on appeals, regular giving, in-memory donations, and legacies. You'll play an important part in helping us grow our donor base and build lasting relationships with our supporters. You will work closely with the Head of Income Generation to collaborate across the wider team to ensure our fundraising activities align with the charity's goals. This role is perfect for someone with some experience of individual giving or transferable skills who is eager to contribute to income growth, develop professionally, and make a real impact.

Your creativity and enthusiasm will help us develop innovative campaigns that resonate with our community and increase donor engagement.

You will work closely with the Head of Income Generation and Philanthropic Manager to collaborate across the wider team to ensure our fundraising activities align with the charity's goals. This role is perfect for someone with some experience in individual giving or transferable skills, such as account management and marketing, who is eager to contribute to income growth, develop professionally, and make a real impact.

Your passion to make a difference, experience and knowledge of working in a busy team and willingness to go the extra mile will help you support our Charity team to make an even greater impact in the local area.
