Full Job Description
- Be the first point of contact for all Individual Giving inquires, via phone and email.
- Collaborate with the Individual Giving Team to support the planning and execution of Individual Giving campaigns.
- Maintain regular communication with donors, including mass audience engagements and personalised thank-you communications for individual donors.
- Develop and implement a stewardship programme including regular communications, with support from the wider Individual Giving Team.
- Respond to inquiries and communications from individual donors promptly and professionally, while confidently making outbound phone calls to build relationships.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible and hybrid working - a minimum of 2 days per week based in our Swanscombe office and our Hospice., Experience in working with a wide variety of contacts and maintaining relationships. - Experience in effectively communicating with individuals on sensitive topics.
- Ability to co-ordinate a variety of tasks whilst working to agreed priorities and deadlines.
- Intermediate IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft office and creative platforms such as Canva.
