Induction Manager and Facilitator

To support the Deputy Head of Induction & Statutory & Mandatory training in the delivery of an outstanding Induction training programme., The post holder will lead on the design, delivery and evaluation of all corporate and bespoke Induction to meet the needs of the Trust.

To support the Deputy Head of Induction & STAM in the delivery of an outstanding Induction training programme. To advise managers and staff, across all professions, on Induction and training requirements.

The post holder will also manage the Training and Development Induction Lead Administrator and the Training and Development Administrator
