Industrial Controller

Ferrero is offering an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Controller. In this vital role, you will oversee the financial and operational activities within the plant. Your responsibilities will include managing period-end processes, assisting with industrial overhead reporting, and playing a key part in budgeting and forecasting initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the team to accurately measure and allocate industrial costs, which is essential for precise brand and SKU profitability assessments. Additionally, you will support the maintenance and validation of cost data pertaining to product development and assist with various other controlling tasks as required., As an Industrial Controller, your journey will be both dynamic and essential to the financial health of our operations. You will support with ensuring the completion of Month End processing meets strict deadlines with impeccable accuracy. Your role will be crucial in upholding compliance with group reporting standards, providing monthly insights into period performance, and maintaining the integrity of data by ensuring accurate declarations by cost centre and material.

Industrial Budgeting and Forecasting, your expertise will support the plant controller in a pivotal budgeting role. You will gather entries and estimates from operations, crafting a comprehensive view of financial forecasts. Your analysis will identify gaps and opportunities within the cost estimates, ensuring that our forecasts are both efficient and precise. Moreover, you will oversee the creation and maintenance of materials' standard costs, a important aspect of our financial planning.

In collaboration with plant operation team, you will champion best practices in financial reporting and cost management. By tracking operational metrics and assessing cost-related data, you will provide insights that drive operational efficiency.

Your attention to detail will be invaluable as you maintain the PDP system with up-to-date and accurate costs. Your management and issuance of standard costings and TP releases will support our operational needs and financial accuracy.

Lastly, your role will extend to Fixed and Current Assets Controlling. You will monitor assets in progress and oversee the reports of assets to be capitalized. Your oversight will ensure compliant stock takes and verify the accuracy of our balance sheet by coordinating and overseeing the planned closing inventories.
