What you would do as one of our Service Engineers? We want someone who can be part of our Service Engineer Community. The ideal candidate will represent our brand and the customer centric approach we have with servicing our customer base. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) as well as responding to same day call outs and scheduled repairs and upgrades across various ASSA ABLOY products, related to Commercial and Industrial doors. This critical customer facing role requires the highest level of customer service to meet the needs and standards of our customer base. You will:

  • Fulfil our customer requirements in a friendly and professional manner
  • Complete work assigned by our planning department
  • Provide advice & guidance to customers on repairs and upgrades
  • Complete PPM visits at customer sites
  • Carry out quoted repairs and upgrades
  • Attend same day call outs ensuring building security
  • Travel to various customer locations within your region
  • Work within our "Safety First" culture

  • Is a team player who takes a collaborative approach with leaders and colleagues.
  • Is able to work safely and appropriately at all times
  • Has mechanical and electrical engineering experience
