Full Job Description

We are currently looking for an Industry Placement Officer to join our proactive and innovative work experience team, supporting our full time (16-19 years old) students to access a range employer engagement activities, to help them achieve their career goals.

Working in partnership with employers, curriculum areas and students, you will be responsible for supporting curriculum areas to offer students a range of work experience activities, from facilitating employer talks, supporting industry visits and developing project briefs with employers, to securing and overseeing work placements for both T Level and study programme students.

Experience of working in recruitment/placement with a proven track record in achieving targets would be advantageous for this role, and you must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Due to the nature of the role, travelling to other organisations may be required. Therefore the successful candidate will be expected to travel independently when required.
