Industrial Placement Site Manager

We're looking for a Site Manager student to join our Construction team based in Newcastle on an Industrial placement., As an Industrial Placement candidate you will experience practical, hands-on experience in Construction Management. You will work on real projects, gain valuable industry insights, and develop essential skills to prepare for a successful career. This placement is ideal for you to apply your academic knowledge in a dynamic, real-world setting. Your day to day will include:

• Assisting in the planning, execution, and management of projects.
• Conducting research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to project activities.
• Gaining exposure to various aspects of the business, including operations, project management, and client relations.

What are we looking for? We're on the lookout for students undertaking a degree in Construction Management or related discipline, who have the option or requirement to complete a placement year from 2025 - 2026. After your placement, you'll be returning to university with a graduation year of 2027. The role of Industrial Placement Site Manager is great for you if:
• Strong interest in Construction Management and eagerness to learn.
• Basic understanding of industry-specific processes, materials, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must hold Full UK Drivers Licence with access to own vehicle
